Data is backed up hourly on site
Every hour ServiceMate is backed up automatically on site.
This means the worst that can happen is you lose an hours worth of data.
Not great! But at least its not all of it!
Data is backed up daily off site
For extra protection, ServiceMate data is backed up externally and off site.
This is incase of the very rare occasion in which everything goes wrong.
In these cases, you’re safe with us.
