Ensure United Kingdom is selected as the country. Then enter your VAT registration number into the VAT Reg Number field. This ensures your VAT number appears correctly on invoices generated from ServiceMate.

Enter the VAT Registered From date. This ensures that any jobs created before your VAT registration date remain VAT exempt, while jobs created after this date will have VAT applied automatically.
