Sales & Support Specialist

We’re looking for someone to help grow and support ServiceMate, our job management system built for appliance repair engineers.

You’ll handle enquiries, give demos, onboard new customers, and provide day-to-day support. The role involves speaking to appliance repair businesses, helping them get set up, and making sure they’re using the system effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new enquiries and speak to potential customers
• Deliver product demos
• Help new customers get set up and onboarded
• Provide ongoing support via phone and email
• Assist with questions around jobs, parts, and system features

• Confident speaking to customers
• Organised and proactive
• Comfortable using software
